  The personal beach house of architect and interior designer Rob Mills is unlike any luxury accommodation Victoria has to offer – a unique wilderness experience with the ocean below and the forest above. A carefully considered, flexible floor plan allows it to easily accommodate several families, a large extended family or groups of friends in privacy.

  Comprising six bedrooms, including a spectacular circular main bedroom with en suite inside the cylindrical tower that forms Ocean Houses southern end. The house sleeps 12–14 people. The kitchen and living area is served by a wrap-around terrace and deck with built-in barbecue, outdoor seating and tables. With three living areas, one with adjoining table tennis room, Ocean House is only 100m from the secluded sandy beach.

  Galley Kitchen: dining and open living area with views of the ocean. Linen provided with champagne, chocolates and fresh milk on arrival and late check out when available.

  Bedroom 1: one queen size bed with en suite. Bedroom 2: two king singles. Bedroom 3: sleeps two. Bedroom 4: sleeps 2 with shared bathroom. Bedroom 5: two sets of bunks, sleeps four. Main bathrooms feature shower, basin and toilet.

  Additional living spaces: Second living with a 32″ TV, DVD, iPod dock, movies on hard drive, and a table tennis room. Fully equipped kitchen with Miele oven, Gaggenau cooktop, dishwasher, DVD player/blu ray, ceiling fans, floor heating (hydronic), gas Gaggenau BBQ, linen, street parking only, porch/deck, big screen TV 42″ LCD, iPod dock, movies on hard drive, views, Miele washer/dryer. Ceiling fans, WiFi (access code confirmed with security codes), twentieth century classic furniture to enjoy ocean apartment in complete comfort.

  Security: Ocean House is locked at all times with key code access. Sliding windows can be locked in the open position so your security is maintained at all times.

  Ocean House is a joy to stay in year-round because the hydronic heating, solid concrete construction and double glazing keeps you warm you in winter and cool in summer.
