    Doug and Karen moved to Lorne three years ago and have never looked back. Both have worked with the public for their entire working life and really enjoy meeting all the different people that spend time with them at Chatby Lane. Doug and Karen’s favourite saying is “courtesy is free” and everyone who stays with them can attest that their personal service is something special.

    The friendliness and personal assistance from Doug and Karen often surprises; guests are able to relax and know that they have all the help they need without compromising their privacy. All of the rooms are fastidiously maintained with particular attention payed to cleanliness.
