Lorne Local Footy & Netball – 9 Home Games In A Row!
April 3 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The first home game for the Lorne Football & Netball Club (LFNC) will be held at Stribling Reserve on Easter Saturday, April 3. Traditionally this has become known as the “blockbuster”. Lorne will compete against Alvie and it will be great to see people gather once more at Stribling Reserve to enjoy the netball and football competitions.
We have a brand new, state of the art Netball Pavilion, and Senator Sarah Henderson will join us on Thursday, April 1 at 4pm to perform the official opening.
This year, Lorne will play its home games of nine consecutive weeks. That’s right, nine home games in a row! It’s over to you, the spectators to come along and support local footy and netball. Because of COVID restrictions there is a limit of 5,000 spectators in attendance at any game. Furthermore, there are not to be any spectators on the ground. These restrictions will impact the Easter Saturday blockbuster, but for the other eight home games we need to see numbers higher than we would normally experience.
Come along and enjoy the ambience of facilities quite unlike anything you have experienced at Lorne!
